Ubuntu 11.10 (Oneiric Ocelot) Countdown

Auch wenn die Arbeiten an Ubuntu Natty noch lange nicht abgeschlossen sind, wurde vor einigen Tagen bereits der Name des Nachfolgers bekanntgegeben. Ubuntu 11.10 wird Oneiric Ocelot heißen, wie Mark Shuttleworth in seinem Blog bekanntgab. Ubuntu Oneiric soll im Oktober dieses Jahres erscheinen, der Weg bis dahin ist noch sehr lange.

Wie bereits bei einigen vorherigen Versionen, hab ich einen Counter zum Einbinden gebastelt. Ja, etwas früh. Aber ich hatte einfach Lust zum Basteln und sind sie fertig. Wer einen der Counter verwenden will, kann ganz einfach folgende Codes zum Einbinden verwenden. Es stehen HTML-Codes für Webseiten und Blogs zur Verfügung, sowie Codes für Foren im BBCode.

    Kannst du mal ein kleines Tutorial schreiben, wie man so einen Counter basteln kann (also nur den “Zahlenteil”, ich nehme ja nicht an dass du das für alle 100te Bilder selbst machst) :D

      Ich hab das schon länger vor, bin aber noch nicht dazu gekommen. Das Ganze ist nicht sonderlich schwierig, aber ich werde mal was dazu schreiben.

    Vielleicht ein kleiner Tipp, welches Programm du dazu verwendet hast? Wird dafür auch serverseitig Code benötigt, oder ist das eine einfache Batch-Funktion eines Grafikprogramms? :)

      Das Bild wird täglich über eine PHP-Funktion generiert generiert. Die Grafiken wurde mit GIMP erstellt.

      Als Stichwort hilft dir vielleicht gdlib.
